What you will do

• Serve as the SME for APQP processes, influencing and maintaining process standards and lessons learned.
• Plan and execute maturity assessments for APQP and key division business processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve business systems and track measurable results.
• Manage document control process health at a tactical level.
• Develop and deliver process training materials across the organization to support change adoption.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise customer quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality or business systems management.
• Working knowledge of APQP-PPAP requirements (e.g., AS9145, IATF 16949).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.
• Position requires 5-10% travel.
