What you will do

• Develop and scale AI/GenAI and machine learning use cases within the Lending domain.
• Translate complex business problems into AI-enabled and data-driven technical solutions.
• Work with a modern AI and cloud stack, specifically Python and GCP.
• Collaborate with engineering squads and business stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Contribute to the development of automation, data extraction, and intelligent decision-support systems.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, including prototyping, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with modern AI tooling such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with APIs and software engineering best practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
