What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using RPA platforms, ML models, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Implement process and task mining initiatives to identify business optimization opportunities.
• Act as a strategic automation partner to reimagining workflows and adopt automation-first approaches.
• Collaborate with product, data, procurement, and engineering teams to integrate automation into digital strategies.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for responsible automation at scale.
• Upskill colleagues through training, documentation, and the growth of an internal community of automation champions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation engineering, intelligent process automation, or ML engineering.
• Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Practical experience deploying ML techniques for classification, prediction, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise digital systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS) and their integration.
• Experience in agile delivery and managing automation projects from ideation to adoption.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations and responsible use of AI.
