What you will do

• Lead technical execution for cross-functional projects to ensure successful adoption of AI technologies.
• Evaluate large foundation models and AI-assisted tools against critical project requirements.
• Prototype and develop AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with partner engineers to iterate on shared ideas and solve complex technical challenges.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the global organization.
• Ensure high standards of security and reliability in software development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and cross-team collaboration within embedded development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Hands-on experience building production applications using large foundation models and tools like LangChain.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• English: Good communication level required.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Knowledge of Hugging Face libraries (Transformer, PEFT, Accelerate).
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning methods, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with coding agents like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
