What you will do

• Design and build AI agent workflows and custom components on Dify.
• Develop custom tools, APIs, and backend integrations for agent orchestration and system behavior.
• Architect end-to-end RAG systems, including document ingestion and indexing pipelines.
• Optimize retrieval, reranking, and grounding strategies to improve citation quality and response accuracy.
• Build and maintain automated AI evaluation pipelines and define quality metrics and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on backend architecture and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Proven experience building production-ready LLM applications and RAG systems.
• Hands-on experience with Dify or similar AI frameworks, including extending them beyond basic configuration.
• Deep understanding of embeddings, vector search, chunking, and reranking.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or above required.

Nice to have

• Experience extending Dify at the source-code level.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, or OpenSearch.
• Working knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or Mistral models.
• Experience in security-conscious or regulated environments.
