What you will do

• Own the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company vision.
• Translate insurance business strategy into compelling, repeatable product offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and financial performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Extensive experience as a Product Manager across the full lifecycle including go-to-market.
• Strong domain expertise in insurance value chains (claims, underwriting, policy administration).
• Awareness of UK and international insurance regulations such as FCA requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
