Lead ISSO (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for technical execution and manage daily ISSO support activities.
• Act as the main technical interface with Government ISSM, CISO, AO/AODR, and other cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Direct contractor ISSO activities to ensure consistent execution across all supported systems.
• Oversee the development, quality control, and submission of authorization-package artifacts.
• Manage the risk and issue register and represent the contractor in technical reviews and governance forums.
• Maintain hands-on cybersecurity expertise while leading technical personnel.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust clearance is required.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity and Information Assurance experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an ISSO, Senior ISSO, or ISSM supporting federal agencies.
• Extensive experience implementing the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Proven experience supporting Authorization to Operate (ATO) activities and FISMA-governed programs.
