What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity activities supporting enterprise healthcare modernization initiatives.
• Manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities and coordinate Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation.
• Prepare and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), and POA&Ms.
• Perform security risk assessments and recommend strategies to reduce organizational risk.
• Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to integrate cybersecurity into system design and implementation.
• Monitor compliance with NIST, FISMA, VA, and other Federal cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or ISSO responsibilities within enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience implementing NIST RMF and maintaining Federal cybersecurity documentation.
• Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or other secure cloud environments.
• CISSP, CAP, Security+, or CISM certifications.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations.
