What you will do

• Provide technical oversight of all Supply Chain functions for emergency response and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare emergency procurement plans and develop sourcing strategies for active and pipeline grants.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with IRC and donor policies (USG, European, DFID, UN).
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, and asset management, including pharmaceutical quality assurance and cold chain policies.
• Coordinate logistics and fleet management, including vehicle safety policies and fuel consumption tracking.
• Lead donor and internal audit processes for the Supply Chain department and implement corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to deployment within 72 hours of notification for up to 12 weeks.
• University degree and advanced professional certification in supply chain management or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing humanitarian supply chains in multiple settings.
• Proven experience in INGO logistics within emergency or conflict areas.
• Experience with international procurement regulations (USG, EU, DFID, UN).
• Licensed and able to drive manual transmission 4WD vehicles.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Proficiency in Arabic and Spanish.
• Experience in Medical Logistics and Pharmacy.
• Previous experience working in emergency contexts.
