Lead Finance Analytics & Enablement (AI/ML): Owning the data warehouse, business intelligence, and finance AI enablement strategy with an accent on GCP optimization and building a Center of Excellence for reporting. What you will do
- Own the data warehouse strategy, governance, and finance ledger execution.
- Build and lead a Center of Excellence for reporting and infrastructure.
- Implement and track the Finance AI automation roadmap in partnership with FP&A and data teams.
- Optimize GCP infrastructure costs in collaboration with engineering and Financial Operations.
- Establish Finance as the single source of truth for business performance and self-service analytics.
- Manage a team of 4 engineers and 1 finance and strategy manager.
Requirements
- 15+ years of work experience in travel and/or SaaS.
- Fluency in SQL, Python, GCP, and Data Science with hands-on coding ability.
- Understanding of LLM-based systems, prompt design, and AI model evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with automation frameworks and observability tools like Amplitude, Datadog, and Looker.
- Strong data reconciliation skills across large, multi-source datasets.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
