Salary: €70,000–€85,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain global compliance frameworks across various markets.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ESG, packaging, waste, and competition regulations.
• Manage GDPR documentation and coordinate data protection processes.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Support corporate governance, including board resolutions and intra-group agreements.
• Oversee the corporate insurance portfolio and ensure contractual alignment.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a qualified Dutch lawyer or in-house counsel.
• Must hold a Dutch law degree and currently reside in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Strong background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
