What you will do

• Provide Level 2 support for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Monday.com.
• Act as an escalation point for L1 support to resolve complex platform incidents.
• Execute data migrations using tools like ShareGate or SPMT.
• Administer permissions, site management, and mail flow rules.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base for L1 enablement.
• Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for cross-team resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure AD/Entra ID, and ServiceNow.
• Experience using PowerShell for M365 administration.
• Fluent in English required.
• Ability to work 24x5 shifts and weekend P1 on-call rotations.
• Strong documentation discipline for knowledge base production.
