What you will do

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Govern and scale Power Platform environments, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Manage licensing strategy, cost optimization, and tenant configuration.
• Implement security best practices, conditional access, and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and lead engineering initiatives to improve stability.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in large enterprise Microsoft 365 administration.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and administrative automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management and security compliance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience supporting environments with 20,000+ users.
