What you will do

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Manage licensing, entitlement governance, tenant configuration, permissions, retention, external sharing, and platform cost optimization.
• Design and implement enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, Power Platform automations, low-code applications, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Build automation frameworks and integrations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Implement environment strategy, data loss prevention, solution lifecycle management, testing, deployment, version control, and change management.
• Monitor service health and performance, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve security, reliability, and operational stability.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, licensing, and tenant governance.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, application integrations, automation engineering, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with more than 20,000 users and designing scalable Microsoft 365 platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, conditional access, data loss prevention, retention, testing, deployment, and operational practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; Microsoft 365 certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert are valued.
