EDM Change Consultant (Fintech)

EDM Change Consultant (Fintech): Delivering EDMaaS onboarding and change outcomes for institutional investors with an accent on change governance, impact assessments, and operational workflows. Location: Manila, Philippines. Hybrid (2-3x week RTO). Must be able to work EMEA shift.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of EDMaaS onboarding and mid- to high-complexity change requests.
• Conduct CAB impact assessments and apply change governance and transition frameworks.
• Partner with Project Managers, Product, and R&D to remove blockers and align solutions with client needs.
• Lead client-facing meetings to steer decisions on scope, timelines, and approach.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive updates to documentation.
• Mentor and coach Associate Consultants to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data ingestion, data processing, and related operational workflows.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) services and their value proposition.
• Solid experience managing issues and change within a client-facing environment.
• Experience contributing to delivery within client-led or product-led projects.
• Must be based in Manila and amenable to hybrid work (2-3x week RTO).
• Ability to work EMEA Shift.

Nice to have

• Proficiency or training in Python.
• Knowledge of equity and fixed-income indices, ESG datasets, ratings, or corporate actions.
