What you will do

• Own AI capabilities end-to-end, from data and context to agent orchestration and generative UI.
• Build agent loops and orchestration, including tool use and business-rule enforcement.
• Develop the integration layer via MCP for secure backend and API calls.
• Render model outputs into live, streamed, and accessible UI using generative-UI protocols.
• Ground models in real data using retrieval, embeddings, and closed feedback loops.
• Establish evals as a first-class system to ensure provable improvement of AI features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin, Boston, Durham, Munich, London, or Valencia.
• 5+ years of experience shipping production software.
• 2+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications in production.
• Proven track record of shipping and owning full-stack apps end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with UI protocols such as A2UI, AG-UI, or MCP-UI.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, React, and SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with fine-tuning or distillation.
• Background in e-commerce or marketplace systems.
• Track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
