What you will do

• Develop PoCs and MVPs for AI transformation projects within enterprise ERP software.
• Design and build cloud platform services, APIs, and data layers on Azure.
• Ensure production readiness by implementing reliability, observability, security, and multi-tenancy.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic patterns responsibly using guardrails and auditability.
• Lead architectural reviews and mentor engineers to establish high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Principal-level expertise in C#/.NET and/or Python with professional experience in Azure.
• Production experience in TypeScript/JavaScript frontend engineering.
• Deep fluency in distributed systems, including multi-tenant design and API versioning.
• Proven track record of owning and running high-scale systems in production.
• Strong ability to document and defend architectural decisions across teams.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic coding tools.
• Experience in complex domains such as ERP, e-commerce, finance, or logistics.
• Knowledge of AWS and advanced security patterns like tenancy isolation.
• Experience scaling early-stage products from PoC to production.
