What you will do

• Perform end-to-end reconciliation across payment systems, host platforms, and external networks.
• Monitor daily and intraday reconciliation cycles to ensure timeliness and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, settlement variances, and data integrity gaps.
• Validate settlement files, clearing reports, and financial postings between banks and payment networks.
• Support reconciliation validation during new releases, patches, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in reconciliation, settlement, or financial transaction processing.
• Mandatory proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including Cards, ATM, POS, and RTGS.
• Working knowledge of database queries (SQL) and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Ability to manage high-volume financial data and meet strict deadlines.
