What you will do

• Own the end-to-end global equity settlement process across international markets.
• Monitor daily settlement activity and proactively resolve trade mismatches and exceptions.
• Perform daily cash and securities position reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Ensure operational compliance with SEC, FINRA, and global market regulations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to automate manual operational workflows.
• Produce operational reporting and trend analysis to identify process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brokerage operations with a focus on global equity settlements.
• Strong understanding of securities settlement lifecycles and global custody platforms.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT messaging, Euroclear, DTCC, and international practices.
• Expertise in cash and position reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Must possess or obtain the Series 99 license within 180 days of hire.
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools like Metabase.

Nice to have

• Experience with tokenized securities or digital asset settlement.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools for workflow automation.
• Additional FINRA licenses such as Series 7.
• Background in high-growth fintech or electronic brokerage environments.
