What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reporting suites in Looker.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to model marketing and customer data.
• Interpret raw event-level data from GA4 in BigQuery to support attribution and behavioral analysis.
• Partner with performance marketing, brand, and CRM teams to define and track key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and present findings to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and mentor junior analysts on best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Looker and LookML.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in Snowflake or similar large-scale data warehouses.
• Experience using Python/SQL in notebook environments like Deepnote or Jupyter.
• Solid grounding in marketing metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid working model.
