Location: Must be based in London, UK (Onsite: 4 days per week)

What you will do

• Anticipate stakeholder needs and provide data-driven solutions to support strategic objectives.
• Visualize KPIs related to artist performance, track consumption, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver tailored presentations to senior management, utilizing Generative AI to refine narratives.
• Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards using internal systems like Snowflake and Tableau.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior.
• Integrate streaming and social performance data into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a record label, music platform, or affiliated company.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and dashboarding platforms (Tableau/Looker).
• Familiarity with foundational AI/Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering) and their application in data workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into impactful narratives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to work onsite in London at least 4 days per week.
