What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve friction in marketing data workflows across performance, CRM, and personalization.
  • Deploy AI-powered interfaces including natural language querying and automated insight summaries.
  • Own the vision for the semantic layer to ensure metrics are consistent, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Identify and implement agentic analytics systems to monitor performance and trigger proactive insights.
  • Automate recurring analytical workflows using prompt engineering and workflow design.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to improve data literacy across the marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably in travel, ecommerce, or marketplaces.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with modern BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Hex, or dbt.
  • Proven track record of driving the adoption of new analytical tools and workflows across teams.
  • Active experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and LLM-powered workflows.
  • Ability to communicate analytical complexity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, CS).

Nice to have

  • Exposure to agentic analytics concepts and semantic layer tooling like Cube or LookML.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics including attribution, funnel analysis, and campaign measurement.
  • Proficiency in Python for lightweight automation.
  • Background in analytics enablement or internal Center of Excellence initiatives.
