Engineer Design Enablement (Silicon Photonics)

What you will do

• Perform optical and electrical testing of silicon photonic devices at chip and wafer level.
• Execute test plans, collect measurement data, analyze results, and prepare reports.
• Troubleshoot test-related issues and support root cause investigations.
• Maintain test setups and equipment, coordinating calibration and maintenance with vendors and internal teams.
• Support automated test solutions for manufacturing and development activities.
• Work with designers and project stakeholders to validate device performance and document procedures and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate and organized execution of test procedures, measurements, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with senior engineers, designers, project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Fundamental understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
