What you will do

• Lead the team and ensure CAPEX service level availability across installation & service tools.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and manage commercial contracts for CAPEX.
• Own sourcing process execution from source to contract and procurement to pay.
• Manage the CAPEX-related supplier portfolio globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, law, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the wind industry.
• Proven leadership in international procurement with strategic sourcing and category management experience.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish mandatory (German is a plus).
• Willingness to travel.
