What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a small vinyl application team to meet production deadlines.
• Produce and install a wide range of internal and external signage, including fascia and post-mounted signs.
• Apply vinyl graphics to various substrates with high precision and attention to detail.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot vinyl cutting and laminating equipment.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Interpret customer briefs and recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sign making and installation.
• Proven experience in a sign fitting role, including panel application.
• Strong proficiency with vinyl plotters, cutters, and laminators.
• Experience using design and cutting software such as CorelDRAW and SignLab.
• Solid understanding of signage manufacturing processes and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical briefs and lead a team effectively.
