What you will do

• Build and maintain KPI reporting infrastructure across operational markets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop predictive models to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Contribute to AI-powered tools designed to reduce manual work across field operations teams.
• Analyze large operational datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes of performance deviations.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for operational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Data Platform teams to align on business logic and data definitions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or data scientist role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience building dashboards or reporting tools using Looker or similar software.
• Ability to work with messy, real-world operational data and derive reliable outputs.
• Strong communication skills to explain analytical work to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to frame analytical problems within an operational context.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud data environments and DevOps practices.
• Experience in logistics, field services, or other operationally complex industries.
