What you will do

• Own and manage the Power BI workspace for marketing to ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards for key marketing stakeholders across campaign, website, and CRM performance.
• Translate business questions into clear analyses and actionable insights for the marketing organization.
• Collaborate with the data team to ensure reporting is based on reliable and well-structured data.
• Identify data gaps and define requirements for new data sources or improvements to existing datasets.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a business-relevant way.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and workspace management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured data in modern cloud-based environments.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics, including website, campaign, and CRM data.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into effective KPIs and analytical outputs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Experience with data lake environments.
