What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-generational roadmap for enterprise software and integrated service offerings.
• Own pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to drive ARR and recurring value.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market plans and value narratives for utility and OEM partners.
• Establish and monitor key services KPIs including adoption, NRR, and time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure Agile delivery excellence.
• Champion voice-of-customer initiatives and lead lighthouse/beta programs with strategic accounts.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or industrial/utility solutions
• Demonstrated success launching SaaS offerings and building recurring services.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, business cases, and sales enablement.
• Technical fluency in cloud platforms, data pipelines, telemetry, and APIs.
• Understanding of utility ecosystem constraints such as cybersecurity, data residency, and NERC CIP standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with IEC 61850, DNP3, OPC UA, or PI/OSIsoft.
• Background in reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, or grid operations.
• Exposure to SOC 2 readiness or NERC CIP-aligned security practices.
• Experience with EAM/CMMS integrations like Maximo or SAP.
