What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the credit cards business.
• Build and manage a clear AI backlog and lead rapid test-and-learn cycles.
• Translate business opportunities into clear experiments and track success metrics for scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure commercial impact.
• Educate colleagues on AI capabilities to build confidence and drive meaningful adoption.
• Identify external partnerships to accelerate innovation and delivery capability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering AI, ML, or data science solutions with proven business impact.
• 3+ years of experience shaping AI strategy, preferably in consumer lending or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, agentic AI, and applied AI experimentation.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, BigQuery), MLOps, CI/CD, and Git.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, copilots, agentic workflows, NLP, or conversational AI.
• Exposure to real-time decisioning, streaming architectures, or model governance.
• Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional workstreams.
