What you will do

• Own the roadmap for AI-powered development frameworks, including agent workflows, orchestration processes, and evaluation systems.
• Expand AI-enabled workflows across professional services and operational teams to improve efficiency and quality.
• Productize internal AI solutions by developing connector layers, AI skill libraries, and templates.
• Build and manage AI enablement programs, including learning resources and adoption tracking based on usage insights.
• Evaluate AI models and vendors to optimize costs and reduce dependency risks.
• Establish governance standards for AI-generated outputs, covering audit trails, version control, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, platform engineering, or applied AI.
• 1–2+ years of experience delivering LLM or agent-based systems into production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, tool protocols, and evaluation approaches.
• Ability to make complex technical concepts accessible and valuable for non-technical users.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for product documentation and specifications.
