What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for core context engineering capabilities built on top of hirify.global retrieval and relevance for AI Agents.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to negotiate priorities and clarify product needs.
• Analyze the AI Agent market, trends, and major players to inform product strategy.
• Partner with data science and engineering to build strategy for benchmarking and evaluations of agent capabilities.
• Work with design to create user experiences that address gaps in how agents refine and display context.
• Evangelize Agent Builder capabilities through blog posts, open source projects, and partnerships with cloud service providers (Google, Amazon, Microsoft).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical cloud infrastructure or platform products.
• Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering.
• Proven ability to lead across matrixed organizations and drive execution in a remote-first environment.
• Outstanding communication skills to distill complex engineering details into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
• Must be located in the United States.
