What you will do

• Manage technical operations and deployment of the o9 platform.
• Lead a global DevOps team, assign work, monitor delivery, and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Hire, develop, and grow DevOps talent.
• Plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Develop automation for efficient platform deployments and manage monitoring, support, change, configuration, release, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and review code and configuration changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience building and leading high-performing, diverse teams as a DevOps Manager or Software Development Manager.
• 5–15 years of DevOps experience, including performance tuning, application upgrades, patching, and continuous integration and deployment tooling.
• Experience with Docker or similar technologies, Kubernetes or similar technologies, and monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and database administration for MS SQL and MongoDB.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, critical-thinking, testing, independent delivery, and technical solution design skills; ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
