What you will do

• Manage all aspects of platform deployment and technical operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Lead and grow a global DevOps team, assigning tasks and ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Plan, build, configure, and deploy scalable DevOps solutions.
• Develop and implement best-in-class automation to optimize platform deployments.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to support platform maintenance needs.
• Analyze and approve code and configuration changes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas
• 6+ years of experience leading high-performing DevOps or Software Development teams.
• 5-15 years of overall DevOps experience, including CI/CD tooling and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Cloud Operations (AWS, Azure, GCP), Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and database administration (MS SQL, Mongo).
• Experience with monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field.
