What you will do

• Design and maintain secure DevOps pipelines and infrastructure for the COMSEC team.
• Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST) and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with SREs and Cybersecurity teams to build resilient, security-hardened infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with government and industry security frameworks, including NIST SP 800-series, RMF, and CMMC.
• Monitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SecDevOps, or a related engineering discipline.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanners, and SIEM platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking, encryption, and secure communications.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.

Nice to have

• Active U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with COMSEC equipment, policies, and key management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or Certified DevSecOps Professional.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience working in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments.
