What you will do

• Develop and manage 12-to-24-month product roadmaps for AEM Sites, Edge Delivery Services, and Adobe Commerce.
• Translate business goals into prioritized delivery plans, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and implementation risks.
• Lead executive-level discussions with senior stakeholders to communicate platform decisions and technical tradeoffs.
• Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to measure value realization and site performance.
• Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, content, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Guide platform modernization initiatives, including transitions toward headless and composable architectures.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of headless CMS, composable platforms, and API-first solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, including traditional and headless delivery.
• Familiarity with Adobe Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
• Proven ability to influence Directors, VPs, and senior business stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
