What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical onboarding and ongoing enablement for Sales, Renewals, and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Partner with Product Management and SMEs to translate technical concepts into practical, field-ready resources.
• Create and maintain technical playbooks, demo guides, labs, and job aids.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalize learning experiences.
• Deliver technical workshops, coaching sessions, and product deep dives.
• Measure program effectiveness using learner feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
• Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Enablement professional, or Technical Trainer.
• Demonstrated ability to coach technical professionals on demos and presentations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation or operational efficiency.

• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, observability, IT operations, networking, or cybersecurity.
