What you will do

• Lead software product development using Java and industry best practices.
• Manage the technical roadmap and contribute to the overall product strategy.
• Define and manage team competency matrices to grow technical expertise.
• Mentor team members to solve complex problems and deliver features across the SDLC.
• Align technical directions with stakeholders to ensure "first-time right" delivery.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.
• 5+ years of experience in the Java ecosystem covering the full SDLC.
• 3+ years of experience in high-level system blueprinting and architectural decision-making.
• Proven track record of leading software teams to build commercial applications.
• Proficiency in OOP, design patterns, and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent spoken and written English for professional communication worldwide.
