What you will do

• Build new service components targeting both Taiwan and Global markets.
• Design and develop core backend software for Content, Social Graph, and Partnership platforms.
• Architect scalable, high-throughput, and loosely coupled services within the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams in Tokyo and Seoul.
• Operate within a Scrum development framework.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proven expertise in RESTful API design and database schema design.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and TDD (Test-Driven Design) to ensure code quality.
• Knowledge of Cloud-native architecture and Observability tools.
• Passion for solving complex business problems through robust product development.
