What you will do

• Develop digital central solutions for 3D-IC applications.
• Collaborate with customers and foundry partners to translate advanced node requirements into software solutions.
• Create early-stage physical design flows, focusing on pre-place-and-route (pre PnR) methodology.
• Optimize software performance, capacity, and usability for handling large-scale datasets.
• Debug and maintain complex functionality within a large legacy codebase.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 11 to 25) and Tcl scripting.
• Deep knowledge of CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and computational geometry.
• Experience with EDA or CAD tools and desktop applications for large datasets.
• Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments and shell scripting.
• English: Ability to communicate effectively is required.
• Location: Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with forward-deployed AI integrated into engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with Windows environments.
