What you will do

• Architect, design, and develop forward-looking, optimized, and secure scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and influence team members and product managers to forge consensus on architectural and design guidelines.
• Oversee code reviews and establish robust release processes.
• Develop cloud-related technology, management platforms, and Wi-Fi networking solutions.
• Manage programs, identify risks, and communicate effectively across multiple geographies and time zones.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of related work experience in leading and technically running projects.
• Proven experience with Cloud computing, Cloud-hosted services, and SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in Java, including JVM Garbage Collection, Heap, Stack, Profiling, and fine-tuning.
• Experience designing APIs and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong background in microservices and distributed systems architecture.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with public/private/hybrid cloud (Openstack, GCE, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Message Queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
• Experience using Redis or Memcached to improve platform performance.
• Experience scaling services to millions of users in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi technology.
