What you will do

• Develop new service components for the Taiwan and global markets.
• Design and build core backend components for a high-traffic, event-driven marketing campaign platform.
• Create APIs and services that enable third-party integrations with the hirify.global platform.
• Contribute to an AI-driven SDLC by improving spec writing, code generation, automated testing, and AI-assisted code review.
• Develop LLM-powered features and internal AI agents using Spring AI and MCP integrations.
• Collaborate closely with international development teams in Tokyo and Seoul.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing server-side applications and web services.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in real development workflows.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related fields.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed services, event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka), and large-scale data systems.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI agents (RAG, tool use, prompt and context engineering).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD practices, and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
• Experience with Scrum and agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
