• Provide case management support for active service systems.
• Deliver administrative support for data refresh activities in required systems.
• Lead or support service-related software implementation and enhancement projects.
• Produce reports for product quality, departmental performance, and service operations.
• Help develop, implement, and improve service software systems and processes.

Требования

• BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a service or customer service systems support environment.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, plus conversational Spanish.
• Experience with business software and process flows.
