What you will do

• Deliver category-defining eCommerce capabilities and services for a group of high-profile Commerce clients.
• Provide strategic insight and evolve best practices within the EssenceMediacom eCommerce Practice.
• Lead and manage a team, taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of retail media activations.
• Oversee eCommerce campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
• Manage opportunities across UK, EMEA, and Global markets for brands like Dell, Adidas, and Sony Playstation.

Requirements

• Established senior experience within an eCommerce environment.
• Known specialist expertise in Retail and Commerce Media.
• In-depth understanding of the strategic and tactical application of eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in project management, leadership, and people management.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office to meet the hybrid requirement.
