What you will do

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with company financial targets.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for multiple product lines.
• Oversee digital marketing, content, PR, events, and demand generation campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting for the board.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team and manage external agency relationships.
• Drive customer experience improvements and support SDR strategy to enhance lead flow.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership within the UK Telecoms or IT Reseller/MSP markets.
• Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and partner strategy.
• Proficiency in managing marketing systems such as Hubspot and CRM tools.
• Ability to articulate complex value propositions and align with industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on brand advocacy and stakeholder management.
