What you will do

• Issue and distribute invoices and process new contracts and sales.
• Monitor accounts receivable and transactions to guarantee company revenue.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve mistakes.
• Handle customer complaints and questions regarding billing.
• Prepare analytical reports and assist with monthly and quarterly audits.
• Participate in various finance department projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar accounting role.
• Knowledge of electronic billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SQL knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
