What you will do

• Act as the embedded technical owner for Health Cloud, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design and implement complex automations using Flows and Apex for provider relationships and contract objects.
• Manage external integrations with tools like Medscout and Docusign while ensuring strict compliance.
• Drive user adoption through peer demos, office hours, and subject matter expertise.
• Maintain data quality through governance reports, dashboards, and regular audits.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and data dictionaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Data Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects from requirements to implementation.
• Strong expertise in advanced automation, specifically Flows and Apex.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integrations, and governance.

Nice to have

• Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification.
• Experience in medical or insurance industries with robust HIPAA compliance.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, Lucid, Docusign, and Medscout.
