What you will do

• Define and evolve the Data & AI vision and go-to-market strategy to scale services.
• Drive revenue growth and pipeline development through strategic client relationships.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a multi-disciplinary Data capability including engineering, BI, governance, and AI.
• Provide senior oversight on solution architecture and ensure delivery excellence across key clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, supporting discovery, design, and transformation programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work in specified cities.
• Proven experience leading data or digital practices at scale.
• Deep expertise in Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Purview.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of contributing to sales and revenue growth.
• Experience working within regulated sectors such as energy, public sector, or financial services.
