What you will do

  • Lead the solution design, configuration, and integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding clients from initial scoping through to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and document detailed designs to ensure alignment with client business processes.
  • Support business development through proposal generation and solution planning.
  • Contribute to thought leadership via industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with significant expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Certification in Employee Central is required.
  • Strong understanding of Time Off, Time Sheet, and related SuccessFactors modules.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S4/HANA, SAP Payroll, and 3rd party systems.
  • Proficiency in data migration, configuration, and reporting tools such as People Stories.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Additional certifications in modules such as Recruitment and/or Onboarding.
