Management Consultant/Senior Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; supporting clients across the Middle East.

What you will do

• Lead Digital Core transformation programs, including ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Establish and run Transformation Management Offices covering planning, risk, quality, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate business readiness, data migration readiness, testing, cutover planning, and hypercare stabilization.
• Advise client executives on SAP-enabled business models, transformation roadmaps, and value creation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional and multi-vendor delivery teams while developing consulting resources.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, offering development, account growth, thought leadership, and practice methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or business transformation, program management, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and managing Transformation Management Offices, PMO, program governance, risk management, and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and managing multi-vendor, multi-shore teams.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and in the Middle East, with knowledge of local market dynamics and client landscapes.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Project Management certification is preferred; PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are valued.

• Arabic language skills.
• Experience with data and analytics, process mining, or AI-enabled operations.
• Background in a major consulting firm or industry role with prior consulting experience.
