Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Support end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Translate business challenges into data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design future-ready operating models integrating process, data, technology, and governance.
• Lead discrete workstreams within larger transformation programs to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Apply AI and GenAI tools to accelerate analysis, scenario modeling, and solution design.
• Evaluate and develop roadmaps for digital supply chain platforms, including SAP/S/4HANA ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain consulting or transformation.
• Proven ability to support end-to-end supply chain strategy or operating model design.
• Strong consulting toolkit including structured problem solving and executive communication.
• Experience working with AI, analytics, or digital solutions for supply chain improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain platforms, specifically SAP (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA-enabled supply chain transformations.
• Knowledge of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, or inventory optimization.
• Exposure to digital planning tools like Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience contributing to AI/GenAI use case development.
• Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications such as APICS or Six Sigma.
