What you will do

• Lead the development, extension, and marketing of Tax & Statutory products and services.
• Design future-state tax processes, controls, and operating model enhancements for senior-level clients.
• Drive the creation of new tools, points of view (PoV), and methodologies through centers of excellence.
• Provide strategic direction to business strategy by analyzing emerging trends and disruptions in the tax domain.
• Optimize tax technology solutions, including ERP tax modules and data extraction tools.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in direct and indirect tax regulations across Europe & EMEA (VAT, CIT, WHT).
• Proven experience in finance transformation and end-to-end process knowledge (Tax, Statutory, Controllership, R2R).
• Strong experience with RFI/RFP processes, negotiations, and managing senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tax ERP modules (SAP, Oracle) and automation tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Vertex, OneSource).
• Experience with Tax & Stat automation solutions, including GenAI/Agentic.
• University degree and professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CIPS).
