Senior Manager - AI Delivery & Product - T&I; Cluster (AI)

What you will do

• Own the group-wide AI backlog and roadmap, prioritising use cases by business value, feasibility, client needs, and risk.
• Translate business and subject-matter requirements into AI use cases, agent specifications, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead governance across AI programmes, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, delivery commitments, SLAs, and executive reporting.
• Oversee AI deployments, integrations, readiness, service performance, incident response, and release management.
• Establish GenAI safety and assurance practices, including red teaming, continuous testing, evaluation, remediation, and prompt-injection defence.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, systems integrators, contracts, statements of work, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product, technology, or delivery roles, including 3+ years leading AI/ML or AI platform products.
• Experience delivering ML, NLP, computer vision, GenAI, or AI-agent solutions from discovery through enterprise-scale deployment.
• Experience managing multi-programme portfolios across enterprise or government environments.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, data pipelines, AI evaluation, secure or air-gapped environments, and AI architectures.
• Eligibility to obtain the required security clearance; experience with PDPL, NIST-aligned controls, or classified/TOP SECRET environments is relevant.
